A&M Productions: November 2012

A&M Productions finally releases statement and facts to past FTSA Involvement: This is merely a professional statement to release me of liability and by all means this is not meant as a form of slander towards involved parties.

A&M Productions has been founded in July of 2011 and has been going strong for over a year from the date of this blog and statement post.

During this time, I Mikey S participated as an independent contractor and collaborator with business
Shoes For The Stars / For The Stars Agency. My involvement with FTSA and or Shoes For The Stars was always volunteer and commissioned based. I never have received compensation nor a paycheck from FTSA and Shoes For The Stars. My main business of course was working close with my business partner Alexis Lerma at the time, and my main focus was to be her right hand on ALL productions and projects.

As of October 24th 2012, I decided to cut ties with FTSA for many reasons. It is obvious that FTSA and Shoes For The Stars has decided to slander me to my friends and business contacts, telling everyone that I was "LET GO - FIRED."

Other stories include:

I was FIRED
I was LET GO because I did not know how to conduct business
I was NOT A MATCH for FTSA

the list goes on.

First off you cannot FIRE or LET SOMEONE GO if the are NOT your employee. Like I said many many times, this is why I choose to be my own boss for years and have my OWN business and FREELANCE and be an independent contractor! So I cut ties and they decided to make up the bogus stories to make themselves sound better. My work tells an amazing story and my business partner and I could not be any happier now that we are free of the stress and drama that just overwhelmed me day to day.

In fact I remember having a very strong conversation with the owner letting him know that if a certain person was to come on board and join the team I WAS GOING TO LEAVE. It happened and I found out and cut ties immediately.

My professional fold-up table left in store (called, emailed, texted but no response)
My professional makeup airbrush system (called, emailed, texted but no response)
My commission $$$ owed from several productions and designer pulls. 10% was agreed

My special edition sharper image suitcase
For you to please stop slandering me to everyone who comes into the store.
